Cancellation policy
- A $50 administration fee applies to all refunds. Your payment will be refunded (minus the administration fee) if we are notified at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations with under 14 days notice will forfeit 50% of payments and cancellations with under 7 days forfeit all payments.
- During busy periods such as long weekends and Christmas holidays, your payment will be refunded (minus the administration fee) if we are notified at least 21 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations with under 21 days‘ notice will forfeit all payments.
